My problem with “Love Actually” is almost all the characters are terrible. They are either cardboard, one-note caricatures, making them boring and uninteresting, or they are terrible humans, rendering whatever grand gesture they make seedy and distasteful. Plus, there is no universe in which Andrew Lincoln is preferable to Chiwetel Ejiofor.
I agree. Light and fluffy, but not Actually Love. Surface only, lacks depth. We just celebrated our 56th anniversary and there's not going to be a film! ❣️🥂

I finally watched Love Actually a couple of years ago and hated it. I can’t understand why people like it so much.
I'm not a fan of it. I think people enjoy the star studded cast in part?
