I love everything you write Noah, can I just directly download your work into my brain?! But seriously, thank you for always bringing something interesting and stimulating into my day!
Adams’s denigration of Hamilton, and Hamilton‘s denigration of further immigrants seems like a great encapsulation of the dilemma they never did solve, and which we are still facing.
One sign of progress would be everyone agreeing on the need to take all the slaveholders off our Paper currency, up to and including Franklin on the 100.
That would leave Lincoln.
Another sign of serious progress would be for reparations to become a wildly popular idea so we could move on.
Just thinking ahead from this piece. Thanks for it.
Yes, I was confused by the seeming celebration with little context or kind of misleading context of "Hamilton". None of the founding fathers are going to be particularly idolic to me obviously, but what bothers me is how inaccurately the story of our freedoms is taught to our citizens from childhood on.

thanks!

Yeah; Hamilton looks sort of good compared to Jefferson, but that's a low, low bar.
But that's not to say I'm a fan of Burr.
When Aaron Burr looks kinda maybe better, yeah the bar is low.
Oh, The Establishment. I have one of their t-shirts in my closet.
