I thought they talked about it at Hawkeye's safe house. It felt kinda underdeveloped, but I thought when Banner saw the family life Hawkeye had, he just felt that was something he could never give Nat.
I think the set up is that Hulk just went nuts after being bewitched by Wanda. So they're at the safe house now, and Banner is freaked out over what he just did especially in contrast to Hawkeye's homelife. But indeed, it is presumptuous.
"The Hulk is owned by specific conglomerates, who negotiate specific rights to exploit him in specific ways. If someone has a story to tell that interferes with those rights, that’s just too bad for the storyteller. Corporations own our dreams."
Not ALL of our dreams. Those of us who are not employed by the corporations have our own.

huh; I don’t remember that.
but who says that’s what Nat, daring superspy, wanted? seems pretty presumptuous on his part…
Yeah, the scene gets into that! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwvTFbomepQ (The "rescore" in this video doesn't change anything in the scene BTW.)

"That's just it, Cap—DISNEY is why I'm always angry...."
HULK SMASH MICKEY MOUSE!
Now there's a movie I'd like to see.
