I cannot comment as to the Jewishness of Moon Knight as my knowledge is limited. I find it interesting that my opinion of the Disney + series Moon Knight is almost completely opposite yours. The first episode was a bit of a drag but after that I flew through the rest of the episodes. I found it compelling.
I will say Fernanda Andrade is one hell of an actress. I haven’t hated a character so fiercely since “Rose Madder” (Stephen King). Plus I’ll watch Oscar Isaac burp the dictionary.
According to The Bouffant of All Knowledge Wikipedia, Oscar Isaac was a rebellious upper-class Guatemalan kid who was once expelled from Calvinist private school in Florida—so, yeah, probably not all that aware of Jewish culture.
