He was dead-on about ONE version of antisemitism, as Noah points out—but completely misses the "normative" antisemitism of people who automatically assume their assumption are right because they hold them....

Isn't that pretty much Sartre overall? He always had the comfortable assumption that whatever else the rest of the world thought, HE was always right and the rest of the world was always wrong.

Sartre could have done his research better about Jews, but he was dead on about how and why they were/are persecuted.
