I also like the idea of having lots of very public, very intense hearings about the individual fascist hacks' personal corruptions. Making kegstand, gorsuch, and thomas each sit before a panel and explain how, exactly, the bribes they took affected their decisions for instance.

Also, public shaming. Shame the fuck out of all of them. Relentlessly.

I agree, but in some cases, I think Congress is going to have to take an additional step. To counter the unitary executive movement, Congress needs to take power away from the President. For starters, I would establish the Office of Inspectors General as reporting to the Speaker of the House. Congress has oversight authority, so Inspectors General should report to Congress and the President shouldn’t be able to fire them. And as part of the legislation to establish this, Congress should tell the Supreme Court to “go pound sand” with respect to court review.
