Hello all! Another week has run aground and/or run over us. Thank you to all who took advantage of the sale and ensured I can keep scribbling for another month! If you didn’t donate, you of course still can; it’s $50/yr, $5/month. (The kitties look like I just interrupted their convo to ask them to donate, I think. Rude.)
Here’s what I published this week.
Politics
RFK is a turd who knows nothing about autism. (Public Notice)
Elon Musk is autistic and also, unrelatedly, a bad person. (EIH)
Autistic people feel empathy. Empathy is often denied them. (EIH)
Cultural Criticism
De Palma’s RAISING CAIN is a glorious mess. (Splice Today)
Arrival and the language of colonialism. (EIH)
June Jordan on the erotic politics of white spaces. (EIH)
Poetry
Kitty poem. (Five Fleas)
